How do I initiate a return or refund?
Email us at support@razizo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 business day and issue your refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. No lengthy forms. No restocking fees.
Do I need to return the cushion to get a refund?
In most cases, no. Because we stand behind the product so firmly, we don't want to put the hassle of shipping on you. We may ask for a photo if the issue is product-related. Only in certain cases will we need you to return the cushion - and in those situations, return shipping charges back to our warehouse are the customer's responsibility.
