Free Shipping on All Orders

At Razizo™, we offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden handling fees, no conditions.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and on its way to your address.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

Delivery time begins once your order is dispatched and depends on your location:

Delays in transit or tracking updates may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders. These factors are outside our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at hello@razizo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this window.
  • If our system detects address issues, our support team will email you for verification within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, your order may be cancelled.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, some delays are beyond our control, including:

  • Weather disruptions or transit issues with couriers
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Address verification problems or payment delays

If your order is delayed, we will work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible. Razizo™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at hello@razizo.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • We recommend also contacting the courier directly to file a claim.
  • While Razizo™ is not responsible for packages after handover to the carrier, we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Lost or stolen packages fall outside our standard refund policy.
